Browse to the IP address of the phone you would like to get a screenshot of: e.g.

http:<ip-of-phone>

Confirm you can view informtion page.

Now browse to the ..\CGI\Screenshot URL of the phone e.g.

http:<ip-of-phone>\CGI\Screenshot 

Note: You need to authenticate to this page. If you get a

<CiscoIPPhoneError NUmber ="4"/>

it means your authentication details are incorrect.
