Adjusting the Chats look and feel

default site URL

Open the 'default' site URL via IE11 or use Edge in compatibility mode : https://ece-webserver.example.com/default

desktop site URL

To log an agent into the standard alone desktop (no phone required) use the below URL:
https://ece-webserver.example.com/desktop

Data Masking

You must first enable this at the global level.
Security → Data Masking → Chat → General → Enable Data Masking Security → Data Masking → Chat → General → Can be Reset at the Department Level

Session Timeout

The Session timeout for the ECE application (and I believe the ECE Gadget) is 60 mins.
To increase this go to:
Partition → General Setting → Session Time Out (minutes)

Date Formats & Timezones

Defaults to US format & EST timezone?
Note - as well as updating the Partition value - review and change department value as well.
