User is a local administrator though a membership of a security group that has local admin access. But the UCCE Log files states the following:

%ICM-ERROR-AUTH_FAILURE: User remoteeir is not a member of Local Administrators group

Workaround - since you are already a local admin, add the user directly as a local admin and then login will work. Only occured for me on the PG servers, not sure why….

Try setting the below registry value on the distributor to '0'

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\ICM\<cust-name>\Distributor\RealTimeClient\CurrentVersion\RealTimedata\DialerSkillGroup
