18:03 - Reboot 18:04 - F6 18:08 - Selected VMware ISO for Boot 18:17 - 1819 - Selected to upgrade and wait..... then selected partition ... wait....then select upgrade and preserve VMFS (ENTER, ENTER, ENTER) 18:20 - then it again asks you to confirm upgrade (F11). 18:35 - VMware server up and running. upload the Patch to the Datastore and updated the server via command line - only takes a min or two.
