Cisco GUID

CVP uses the Cisco-Guid that is within the SIP INVITE to identify the call.
This is available in the CVP Call Logs, e.g.

Note: In the SIP header this Cisco GUID is in decimal format. CVP convers this to HEX.

e.g. SIP Header Contains:

Cisco-Guid: 1409292505-1201738216-2373790810-0266771392

CVP Call Server logs will contain:

CALLGUID = 540018D947A111E88D7D2C5A0FE69BC0

This ID is also available in ICM and Finesse if you configure the ECC variable user.media.id
