1. Boot from Microsoft 2019 DVD (make sure DVD is in correct order in BIOS to we can boot from DVD)
2. Select to Install W2019 (note- you Will make sure NOT to actually install W2019 at a later step!) - See here for screen grabs
3. Click Next
4. do NOT click install now, but instead click on repair your computer
5. Click troubleshoot
6. Click Command line

7.     cd..
       mbr2gpt /convert
       

8. Shutdown Machine - change Vmware Boot options to use EFI instead of BIOS
