WxCC bugs

Bugs I would like to log when I get time.

  • When logging into the wxcc desktop - if you log into the wrong region (e.g. eu1 instead of eu2) or a user who is an admin - instead of giving an error it just shows blank page and doesn't progress.
  • when adding Global Variables in Flow Designer they are not presented in alphabetical order.
  • In Contact Center → Flows, the flows are ordered in Alphabetical order - but it is case sensitive - so lower case is NOT in order - but at the end of all upper cases (should be case insensitive alphabetical order).
  • Cannot copy and paste an node from one flow to another flow - it “Clipboard data not relevant here” - this is more a feature request - but would be very nice.
  • If Recording is enabled at the tenant level - you can disable recording at a Queue (you need to disable at tenant level and ythen enable at each queue).
  • Cannot import a WxConnect Flow which has a custom node into another tenant (even I think if you create that custom node). Maybe could be solved if you coudl import and export nodes and then the flows? But it SHOULD allow imports to work - but just that node doesn't get imported (i.e. like ICM) - and then you can add that node later. This is a major impact - as unable to properly backup scripts or migrate from one tenant to another.
  • not been able to copy Business Hours or Resource Collections (you be able to copy ALL config) - yes this is more complex for Business hours, as you have to create a copy of the shifts from the originating Business Hours - but far from impossible.
  • Adding a Skill to a Queue (e.g. proficiency skill) - the skills are NOT listed in alphabetical order
  • Flow Designer - when in read only mode - you can't see the values in the nodes - e.g. pebble config - you SHOUDL be able to see all the config the same as in edit mode - but just not change anything
  • When Adding a New Voice Channel - and you are selecting the PSTN number - the PSTN number fields are really narrow - and you can see the complete number - you have to use filter to enter the last digits or add ANY number - and then edit the channel AFTER creating to correctly select the correct number - very poor GUI design here! :)
  • All lists wherever they appear (drop down, filter lists etc) should be in alphabetical order - many cases where they are not - above show some
    • This issue also exists in Flow Designer - the nodes seem to be listed in a random order - not by type and not alphabetically.
  • All Tables - which shows multiple columns - such as Contact Centre user - every column should be individually filterable (not a global filter textbox) and should be sortable.
  • All config entities - should be able to be copied (business hours, resource collections cannot be - but should be).
